Update December 2014:

It's been 1 year since we adopted Sonny from Paws for Life.  He is still the sweetest dog I've ever met.  He has been a wonderful addition to our family.  He loves to go on walks and ride in the car and is a loyal companion.  I thought you'd enjoy some pictures of Sonny over the past year.

Update December 2013:

Hi Ginny!

So far so good! She's slowly becoming more comfortable with us... And she LOVES the kitty cats. Right now she sleeping under my desk. We aren't using the harness be a use she doesn't like it at all. We took a walk around the block this morning with the collar and leash. She is terrified of doors for some reason, but once she's outside she's a happy puppy. Leash training is still in progress... She'll pull, then hide behind me, then run to the other side and pull again... But she's getting better. She only hid in a bush once this morning, which is awesome. ;)

Here's a few pix....
